Our RFP Process
Join us in simplifying the RFP process to enhance your occupancy rates and effortlessly maximize your revenue.
Our goal is to streamline the RFP process while offering your property without unnecessarily holding rooms. In order to do this in a timely manner, communication is key. We ask you to respond to each request within 3-5 business days.
You can manage your properties and all RFP's here in your GroupBook dashboard.
Instead of requesting large numbers of rooms with no guarantee, we allow the guests to request the properties they are interested in. This does a few things for you:
- If accepted, rooms have a higher pick up rate ranging 70-90%.
- As occupancy increases, rates will increase. Allowing us to continue offering the property on our platform will allow each request to be based on the current lowest public rate. This makes each request more profitable while still providing guests with a discounted rate, thus increasing your ADR by 15-20%.
- All RFP's and block info can be found in your GroupBook dashboard.
- You can manually add confirmations, or you can choose to automatically push reservations through the GDS. This gives you all customer data and confirmations instantly; only requiring you to associate the rooms with the block and to release any unbooked rooms. This happens instantly so it does not look like you have twice as many booked rooms.
- All guest payments will happen on GroupBook. A master GroupBook credit card will be provided to you for room and tax.
