Introducing GroupBook's Dynamic Rate Plan: Enhancing Room Offerings for a Year-Long Period
GroupBook's Rate Plan is an innovative solution designed to streamline the process of offering rooms for an extended duration. With rooms available for up to one year, this feature empowers hotels to proactively manage room pricing dynamically, ensuring that rooms remain available for potential guests while adjusting prices in real-time based on the Global Distribution System (GDS). The flexibility of blacking out certain dates further enhances the control hotels have over their room availability.
How It Works:

Seamless Contract Agreement: Hotels sign a contract for a year, agreeing to the percentage off the lowest public rate on the date of request. This process eliminates the need for the traditional RFP (Request for Proposal) process, as the necessary contracts and paperwork have already been completed.

Dynamic Pricing Control: Room pricing is adjusted dynamically every day in accordance with the GDS, ensuring that the rates remain competitive and reflective of the current market demands.

Customized Availability Management: Hotels can choose to block out specific dates, giving them the flexibility to manage room availability effectively, aligning it with their operational requirements.

Efficient Availability Confirmation: When a customer requests one or multiple rooms through the GroupBook platform, the system automatically reaches out to the hotel to confirm the availability. This process helps promote rooms without holding them out of inventory, ensuring a seamless booking experience for potential guests. This rate will only be shown to logged-in users. No rooms need to be pulled from inventory. Rooms are only available in a block. The hotel will receive a request and is agreeing to this rate if the rooms and room types are available.
Terms and Conditions:
Agreeing to this program does not require you to pull any rooms out of inventory. You are asked to agree to the rate you set if rooms are available. Planner points and comp policy can be added upon request. We ask that you respond to requests within 24 hours and that if you have the availability to approve the request. The rate will default to all RAC room types for the next year and will auto-renew unless unselected. You can black out dates on the next pages.
